Pulselyzer End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and Pulselyzer governing installation and use of the Application.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes.

2. Permitted Use

• Upload and analyze content that you voluntarily provide and have rights to use.
• Use AI-powered summaries, statistics, and analysis features.
• Use optional labels such as names or phone numbers for organization.

3. Restrictions

• No unlawful use, unauthorized surveillance, stalking, harassment, or privacy violations.
• No reverse engineering, decompiling, tampering, or unauthorized copying.
• No misrepresentation of the Application as a hacking or spying tool.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide app functionality.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. AI outputs are informational and may not be fully accurate.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulselyzer is not liable for misuse, user-generated content, or indirect and consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if this EULA or applicable laws are violated.

8. Changes

We may update this EULA at any time. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
