Pulselyzer Data Deletion Request
How users can delete data associated with the Pulselyzer app.
How to request deletion
- Open the Pulselyzer app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account / Delete My Data and confirm.
This removes locally stored imported chats and preferences on your device and resets associated server-side goals and notification preferences tied to your app profile. Subscription and credit balances may be retained as described below.
Alternative request method
If you cannot access the app, send a request to veysburak011@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include your Member ID from Settings if available.
What is deleted
- Imported chat analysis data stored on your device.
- App preferences and goal tracking data on our servers linked to your device identifier.
- Push notification tokens and referrer metadata associated with your profile.
What may be retained
- Subscription and payment records required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and accounting obligations.
- Minimal technical logs required for security and abuse prevention for a limited retention period.
- Credit transaction identifiers needed to prevent duplicate billing credits.
Retention period
Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable period. Certain records may be retained for up to 90 days where required for legal or operational reasons.
